Holistic Equine Nutrition Coaching — available at Orchard Brook Farm. This personalized service is designed for equine guardians who want more than a one-size-fits-all feed plan. My coaching approach goes beyond nutrition to create a complete picture of your horse’s health — so you can feed and care for them with intention, confidence, and results.
 

If your equine has been struggling with ulcers, anxiety, chronic illness (ex: Cushing Syndrome), respiratory issues, poor hoof/skin health, slow recovery, fatigue or depression, you are not alone and your equine CAN heal. The path to recovery begins by believing in what is possible. Transformation is possible at any age. Many of my clients share with me that HOPE is what I am able to give them and this is where the journey to wellness begins.

What You Can Expect:

Each coaching experience begins with the development of a comprehensive health profile for your horse. From there, we work one-on-one with you to craft a customized nutrition plan that focuses on:

• Supporting digestive health
   

• Identifying and addressing nutrient deficiencies and toxicities
   

• Reducing inflammation
   

• Strengthening the immune system
   

• Promoting long-term wellness, resilience and wellbeing
   

The holistic method combines science-based strategies with practical, real-world experience and support. Drawing upon my formal education as well as my lived experience in the feed and supplement industry, we will be leveraging food, plants, herbs and single nutrients to construct a unique diet that builds long term health for your horse, donkey, pony, mini or mule. You won’t be left to figure it out on your own — after your equine’s diet plan is crafted, you can look forward to one complimentary follow up 1:1 sessions with me, helping you navigate every step of your horse’s nutritional journey. Additional coaching sessions are available following the initial consult package to support you every step of the way.​​​​​​​​​​

This package is designed to guide you in building a thoughtful, whole health plan tailored to your horse's unique needs and history—whether you're addressing a health concern, supporting healing, optimizing performance, or simply enhancing overall vitality.

Included:

Health Profile & Review
We'll begin by building your horse’s health profile.

• You'll complete a detailed questionnaire to help us understand your equine's current condition, history, lifestyle, and any specific concerns and goals. I will review this information.

• Optional: Go through the intake process with me over the phone. In my experience, this process unveils so much more than when you complete the form solo. (At the current time, this comes at no additional charge).

Custom Diet & Lifestyle Plan

• A fully personalized diet and lifestyle plan will be crafted specifically for your horse’s needs, goals, and sensitivities.

• We’ll walk through your plan together in a 30-minute 1:1 call, ensuring you're confident and supported in applying it day to day.

Ongoing Coaching Support
You'll receive 1 follow-up coaching call (30 minutes) during the first 30 days of implementing your plan. This is designed to answer questions, make adjustments, and offer support as you begin the journey.

Follow Up Coaching Sessions

These calls are designed to support you and your horse as they journey to whole health. Follow up coaching will ensure you have the support to continue to respond to your horse's health needs and includes an updated diet and lifestyle plan based on your follow up questionnaire. - $95
